Founder Operating Advisory

For founders who want an experienced operating partner as they build and lead their company.

We begin with a structured first month to understand the business and establish priorities, then meet twice a month with support between sessions. I want to be someone you call first when a consequential decision is taking shape. You and your team lead execution; I bring perspective, practical tools, and the experience of carrying these responsibilities myself.

Engagements begin with a six month commitment.

Portfolio Operating Advisory

For investors and boards who want to help a founder build the organization their growth plan requires.

The investor sponsors the engagement, and I work directly with the founder to strengthen leadership, operations, and accountability. We agree on confidentiality, communication, and reporting before we begin, creating a trusted relationship with clear priorities and visibility into progress.
